Malvexon Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Privacy by design

Malvexon security applications are designed to provide malware and cybersecurity analysis without collecting personal data for the hash-checking service described below. We do not request or intentionally collect addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, photographs, documents, account credentials, precise location, advertising identifiers, or the contents of applications and files through that security-analysis feature.

2. Hash-only malware checks

When a user requests an application or file check, the Malvexon application calculates a cryptographic hash (a one-way digital fingerprint) on the user’s device. Only that hash is sent to the Malvexon backend server and compared with known-malicious and trusted hash records. The application or file itself is not uploaded to our backend as part of this hash-checking process.

3. No profiling or sale of data

Malvexon does not use the submitted hash to identify the user, build an advertising profile, track activity across third-party services, or sell personal information. Hash-check results are used only to determine whether the corresponding application or file is known or suspected to be malicious.

4. Security and retention

Malvexon applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to its systems. Submitted hashes may be processed or retained only as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the malware-detection service. Because a hash can sometimes relate to a unique or user-created file, users should not treat hashing as an absolute guarantee of anonymity.

5. Contact form

If you voluntarily use the contact form on this website, the name, email address, selected area of interest, and message you provide are processed only to deliver your inquiry to Malvexon and allow us to respond. The form is transmitted through Web3Forms, an external form-delivery provider, under that provider’s applicable privacy and security terms. You may instead contact us directly at info@malvexon.com.

6. Third-party platforms

Downloading or using Malvexon through an app store, operating system, payment provider, website host, form-delivery provider, or other third party may involve data processing by that third party under its own privacy policy. Malvexon does not control those independent services.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be published with an updated effective date. If Malvexon introduces any feature that collects personal data, this policy and the relevant in-product notice will be updated before that processing begins.

8. Contact

Questions about privacy or security can be sent to info@malvexon.com.
